Riff Jamwell - A middle-aged war veteran. He carries a guitar and is nursing a broken wrist.
Questgiver dialogue:
"Hey mates! Rowdy bunch of ingrates out there, eh? I played three wrong notes, they tossed a friggin' chair my way, and now I've got this damn broken paw. My drummer ran off when they hucked an empty keg at 'em. Damn shame too! I was getting ready to bring down the house with my signature psyche-out solo... Now I'll never make it to the big show. I won't even be able to pay rent. I was really counting on the money from this gig... Say, can you fellas step in and take our place? I'll split the earnings with ya! Down the middle. Whudda you say?"
Quest Accept:
"Effin Brilliant Fellas! Let's getcha set up now. This mangy bunch of lunatics like their music like they like their drink- stong and on fire. Really lay into them, gents! You need to get at least an 80% approval rating for us to get paid. So turn up the juice and let those notes fly.
Quest Decline:
"Aw, to hell with ya anyway, right! I've got more talent in this broken wrist than the both of ya put together anyway. I'll put the damn show on myself. Now get the hell outta here."
Quest Failure:
You have failed miserably. The crowd at The Rhino's Breath raucously whispers its disapproval by pushing the refrigerator down the back stairs. Perhaps you should pick up your piccolo and move onto greener softer pastures. To retry the quest see Riff Jamwell.
Quest Success 80% Approval or higher (Advance Quest):
Congratulations! You have tamed The Rhino! Return to Riff Jamwell to claim your reward.
Quest Mastery 95% Approval or higher (Advance Quest):
You Rocked! The walls of The Rhino were thumping and three fans passed out from screaming. Lace up your boots kid. The road to fame just got a little shorter!
Quest Complete (Riff Jamwell):
"Holy Smokes mates! You really made some waves out there! Thanks a million fellas. Here's your share of the cash. -Oh and take one of these items as well, eh? You've earned 'em. You fellas are welcome 'round here anytime."
